Job Description:
You will receive orientation to the company and local community and includes learning about our company’s customers, culture, business strategies, etc.; learn about payroll schedules and payroll tax withholding; local training area, housing options, apartment complexes and transportation options; meet key contacts and other employees; receive computer training on company systems; receive orientation to local community including cultural centers, volunteer opportunities, local sporting events, and entertainment venues. Orientation is scheduled to take up to one month and takes places concurrently with the first phase of training.

Position: Front Desk Agent
Duration: 4 months
Job Description:
You will learn the front desk computer system; check-in and check-out procedures; promoting the Preferred Guest Program; cashier responsibilities; maintaining a house bank and making a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily; group arrivals procedures, guest room assignment, and control; walk over procedures; hourly house counts; sell-out controls; room key controls; room up-selling techniques; resolve guest concerns.

Position: Guest Services Agent
Duration: 4 months
Job Description:
You will learn processes for preparing VIP arrivals, assigning amenities, processing special needs; contacting top clients before arrival; inspecting rooms and suites for VIPs/repeat guests before arrival; acting as the liaison between guest and operating departments; maintaining and updating hotel guests database; escort arriving VIPs/repeat guests to their room and provide hotel tour upon check-in; provide the highest standard of service; handle VIP complaints efficiently; coordinate teamwork with other departments.

Position: Housekeeping Inspector
Duration: 3.5 months
Job Description:
You will learn to inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with all standards; coordinate all daily activities to clean guest rooms and public areas; manage and communicate updates to the housekeeping boards; communicate with the supervisor on room issues, supply needs and other pertinent information; learn to manage and oversee the daily housekeeping report; assist the Housekeeping Supervisors and Managers with projects; learn and assist the supervisory with the department inventory control; communicate with other departments when guest rooms are available for guest arrival.
Requirements
- you are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR - you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR - you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) - you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
