Front Office Administrator
Location: Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Our client is seeking a professional and organized Front Office Administrator to join their growing team in Mira Mesa, San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, manage front desk operations, and ensure the office runs smoothly each day.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as needed
Assist with data entry and special projects
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or front office experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic

Contract to hire role
Onsite role
Located in Mira Mesa, San Diego
Compensation: $22.0-$25.00 per hour
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
