et al. in Kahala Mkt. is hiring for Dishwashers to join our team. We are seeking high energy, culinary professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional experiences to all guests. 

This is an hourly position and we offer a comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/drug/vision insurance, 401k and more! (specifics vary based on position and classification).

Dishwashers must have knowledge of kitchen procedures, be able to operate all kitchen equipment, and operational systems. Dishwashers must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, follow directions, and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company. Dishwashers must also maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission. Dishwashers must observe all company policies, house rules and guiding principles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• wash, rinse, clean and sanitize cookware and equipment
• sweep, mop and clean floors
• keep the production and storage areas neat, clean, and organized
• observe company standard operating procedures
• ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• assist with prep work as necessary
• provide excellent customer service
• basic knife skills preferred

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous kitchen experience in a high-volume food service industry, helpful
• Previous experience working with an automated dishwasher, helpful
• Must have TB Clearance
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements

Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred. Candidates with open availability will be prioritized for next steps.
