Are you passionate about agriculture and finance? Our client, a pioneer in crop-based lending since the early 2000s, is looking for a Loan Officer to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the complexities of farming and wants to help producers access financing that protects their land equity.

What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a high-quality agricultural loan portfolio tailored to local farm production.
- Achieve growth goals while adhering to lending policies and risk management practices.
- Support loan operations to deliver seamless and positive client experiences.
- Conduct regular visits with farm clients, developing trusted relationships and discovering new lending opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Participate actively in loan marketing efforts within the region.

What We're Looking For:
- Background in agriculture combined with business development experience.
- 1-3 years’ experience in credit analysis and loan underwriting.
- Strong communicator and self-starter with a network in the agricultural community.
- Skilled in loan documentation and committed to credit quality.
