NOW HIRING: HR / Accounting Manager

Newberry, SC
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/year
MondayFriday | Day Shift

Seeking an experienced HR and Accounting professional to lead office operations, human resources, and financial administration for a well-established organization.

Responsibilities:
Oversee employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, payroll, and policy development
Organize employee engagement initiatives and document complaints, incidents, and corrective actions
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and program expenditures
Review accounting records and monthly financials for accuracy
Prepare reports for leadership, board members, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Support daily office operations and administrative functions

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Human Resources and Accounting experience required
Experience with payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and financial controls
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
