Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Associate Generalist to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with broad human resources knowledge who is comfortable working with HR systems, workforce data, job architecture, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and analytical skills, along with the HR knowledge and business judgment needed to make informed decisions regarding job classifications, skills mapping, and workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oracle data cleanup and review HR data for accuracy and completeness.

   

• Support the migration and organization of job descriptions within HR systems.

   

• Perform skills mapping and review job-related information to ensure appropriate classifications.

   

• Analyze job data and make informed judgment calls regarding skills, classifications, and job structures.

   

• Enter and copy structured job information into designated Oracle fields.

   

• Review and validate system-generated skills and make corrections when needed.

   

• Identify inconsistencies or data issues and assist with resolving them.

   

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency throughout HR system updates and transformation initiatives.

   

• Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to ensure job and workforce information is accurately represented.

   

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

   

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required.

   

• Broad HR knowledge with the ability to work across multiple human resources functions.

   

• HR Shared Services experience preferred.

   

• Experience working with HR systems, employee data, and organizational information.

   

• Ability to understand HR concepts and apply sound judgment rather than simply performing data-entry tasks.

   

• Strong business acumen and ability to make informed decisions regarding job classifications and skills.

   

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

   

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

   

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR teams.

   

• Comfortable working with structured data and learning enterprise HR systems.
