Recommend best practices and attend webinars to keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies. Collaborate with the HRIS team to implement and maintain compliant processes.Talent Management and Succession Planning: Support talent review processes through preparing and consolidating material in partnership with each of the functional areas; ensuring recording of Talent Review in SuccessFactors.
