An established, mid-sized Idaho law firm is seeking a motivated new or experienced Attorney to join its team in Nampa, Idaho. Practice Area: Immigration Law
Represent clients in various immigration matters, providing strategic and compassionate legal counsel.
Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, ensuring all deadlines and compliance standards are met.
Prepare and file petitions, applications, briefs, and waivers with relevant government agencies.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and attend hearings as required.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to guide them through the legal process.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in good standing (Idaho bar preferred, or eligibility to practice immigration law).
Experience in immigration law is a plus, but passionate entry level attorneys are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a steady caseload with high attention to detail.
Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
