Installation Coordinator – Commercial Flooring

$70,000–$80,000 Base + Full Benefits

I’m partnering confidentially with an established flooring contractor to find an experienced Installation Coordinator who can keep multiple flooring projects organized, scheduled, and moving efficiently from start to finish.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on flooring construction experience who understands project scheduling, field coordination, and the day-to-day demands of keeping installation teams aligned. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple projects, and able to communicate effectively with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, general contractors, and end users.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate installation schedules across multiple flooring projects
• Use scheduling software such as JobRunner, Monday, or similar platforms to align timelines, crews, and project requirements
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and field supervisors to develop detailed installation plans
• Coordinate manpower, project logistics, materials, and installation timelines
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Coordinate badging, safety documentation, and jobsite requirements for in-house and subcontractor teams
• Maintain clear communication between field teams, internal staff, general contractors, and end users
• Manage multiple active projects while keeping deadlines, priorities, and details organized

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in the flooring construction industry, including project scheduling
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring installation processes and field operations
• Experience with JobRunner, Monday, or similar scheduling/project management software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Teams and related programs
• Bilingual and fluent in English & Spanish — required
