About the Role

As an Engineering Intern at Solstice, a global specialty materials company, you will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that support process innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Based at our Baton Rouge and Geismar, LA sites, you''ll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help solve real-world challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of advanced materials and chemical solutions that serve customers around the world.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor''s degree in engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

WE VALUE

• Pursuing an advanced degree in Engineering
• Experience with engineering principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Students entering their sophomore or junior year of an Engineering bachelor''s degree program
