About our Client
Our Client is a Boston-based apparel company operating two growing brands across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail channels. They operate in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment where inventory accuracy, operational discipline, and execution quality directly impact business performance. They are hiring an Inventory & Operations Coordinator to support inventory flow, order accuracy, wholesale operations, and retail replenishment across both brands.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in structured operations, understands product and inventory systems, and can manage complexity across multiple channels.
Role Overview
This position sits at the center of their operational ecosystem-connecting e-commerce, wholesale, retail, and warehouse functions.
You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting order lifecycle management, assisting with store replenishment decisions, and maintaining clean execution across systems. This role reports directly to the General Manager, Brand and Operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Inventory & Merchandising Operations
Retail Store Replenishment (Partner with Store Manager)
E-Commerce Order Operations (Partner with E-Commerce Specialist)
Wholesale Operations (Support GM)
Cross-Channel Operations
Ensure inventory consistency across Shopify, ERP, and retail systems
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies across channels
Support coordination between warehouse, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale teams Maintain clean, structured operational data across platforms
Required Experience & Qualifications
2+ years experience in operations, inventory management, retail operations, e-commerce operations, or wholesale operations
Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce/ERP systems required Direct experience with inventory management required (replenishment, stock control, or product-level tracking)
Customer service or order support experience required (preferably e-commerce or retail) Experience working with structured operational workflows in a retail or product-based business
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data organization, tracking, and reporting)
Experience with Client Project or similar POS systems strongly preferred
Strong written communication and professional customer interaction skills
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex data accurately
