Position Purpose

The Investor Relations Administrative Coordinator assists in the administration of all department functions and supports the team in accomplishing goals, direction, and vision. This position is responsible for providing full support and collaborating with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues. This position serves as a back-up to major department programs within the company.

• This position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Coordinate investor events, meetings, presentations, and related logistics, ensuring details are organized and executed effectively.
• Provide administrative and system support for Investor Relations tools, processes, and reporting.
• Manage department budgeting, expenses, invoices, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate communication and logistics with executives, board members, company leadership, investors, vendors, and external constituents.
• Organize meeting rooms, agendas, travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and meeting materials.
• Manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously, communicating effectively through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Investor Relations team and assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in business or a related field preferred, or high school diploma required and 3+ years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, office management, or similar professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet proficiency required
• Strong organizational skills are required
