The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an IT Help Desk Technician for a top DC law firm. This individual will join a busy team, provide IT support to end-users, identify trends with incidents and collaborate with engineering teams to find actionable solutions. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual with at least 2 years of IT support experience who's looking to continue to grow alongside IT professionals!Available shiftsWednesday - Sunday 3:30pm - 12:00 am; Saturday-Monday 11:30pm - 1:00pm; Saturday - Wednesday 7:00 am - 3:30pmResponsibilitiesManage and resolve Tier 1 service desk requestTrack and resolve service tickets in a timely mannerKeep up to date with firm's applications, Microsoft 365, and other documentation systemsMonitor incidents to identify trends, determine cause, and work with technical teams to find solutionsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science2+ years of help desk or IT support experienceExperience in a large law firm or other professional services firm highly preferredExperience maintaining and supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, and mobile devicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation$51,000 - $82,000 annuallyLocation requirementsCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
