This is a non-supervisory position.
Job Summary:
This job is with the Information Services (IS) Division, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), U.S. House of Representatives (House). The IS division procures, manages and supports technology-related resources and projects for the Office of the SAA, and collaborates with other House offices to ensure the security and efficiency of SAA information systems.

Incumbent must possess strong technical and customer service skills and be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively is a must.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, permanent. Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Must be able to work outside of normal business hours - evenings and weekends may be required.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This job is based in a typical office environment. Role requires equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. The incumbent should be capable of meeting physical requirements, which may include sitting, lifting, bending, crouching, walking, and standing.
