Make an Impact! Do you enjoy coaching and teaching? Do you have experience working with people who have physical and/or cognitive disabilities? At Main Line Health, we have a strong commitment to our Internship Programs and we are currently hiring a Job Coach who is able to provide support to the intern and their department. You will ensure that each intern completes assigned tasks properly, reporting any complications and challenges to the Project SEARCH Coordinator or Senior Job Coach. Your ultimate goal is to support and mentor the Intern so that they can efficiently tackle their tasks independently.

Get Involved! You will work with Program Coordinator, Interns, Peer Mentors, Department Managers, Project SEARCH Staff members.

Shift: 10 hours per week, day shift
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with people with physical and cognitive disabilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Licensures/Certifications:
ACRE License
