    inTucson, you'll step into a leadership role, guiding project
    delivery, supporting a growing team, and helping expand our surveying

    What You'll Do
    As ourLand Survey Project Manager, you will oversee survey projects
    from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and
    budget expectations are met while mentoring staff and supporting
    business development efforts.
    - Project Management & Oversight
    Provide project management, technical oversight, and coordination
    across survey and mapping projects.
    - Business Development & Client Engagement
    Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules; support proposals,
    presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs; and help maintain strong
    client relationships in the Southern Arizona market.
    - Technical Leadership
    Apply your expertise in land surveying and mapping to support survey
    staff, CAD drafters, and subconsultants across a range of project
    types.
    - Team Leadership & Mentorship
    Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members,
    contributing to staff development, retention, and recruiting
    efforts.
    - Project Coordination & Communication
    Lead project meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure alignment
    between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
    Required Qualifications
    - Licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona
    - 5+ years of progressively responsible land surveying and mapping
    experience, preferably in transportation
    - 3+ years of project management experience
    - Proficiency with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Trimble
    Business Center, and Microsoft Office
    - Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements
