About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cabinet Sales and Design professional to join our team at Cabinet IQ of Charlotte. As a leader in the industry, we are dedicated to providing a 5-star client experience in design and sales through client education, accurate measure/design and follow through. Responsibilities:

• Follow up on inbound leads within 1 business days of “New Lead” and qualify them
• Pursues new business while using proven Cabinet IQ sales model as the railroad
• Understand client design requests and work with them to set an initial budget. 
• Designs extraordinary kitchens for their customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Ensures that they are representing Cabinet IQ products and services accurately
• Keeps and maintains all contacts, including address, phone, email, and all notes using internal CRM. 
• Daily maintenance of current customers and prospects
• Provide in-home consultations to measure, discuss client wishes and offer professional opinions while developing rapport. 
• Provide 100% accurate designs and proposals and follow up within a timely manner to learn about and overcome purchasing hesitations. 
• After invoices are paid, order cabinets and countertops and provide operations with the documentation. 
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge

Desired Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in cabinet sales and design
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of CAD software, design tools, and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in cabinet sales and design
• Proven Experience with Design Software (Additional training and resources can be provided)
• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education
