Lead II - Production Support

Join Our Team in Cincinnati, OH - Lead Production Support Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead in Production Support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth implementation and post-go-live support of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at our manufacturing site. You will act as a key coordination point among site users, Global MES teams, IT, Infrastructure, ERP, offshore development teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MES lifecycle activities from project start through steady-state support.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, site IT, and other key stakeholders.
• Track and manage site-level MES actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness items.
• Support business process reengineering and align site processes with core MES templates.
• Manage site-level MES governance, including priorities, open issues, and support readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of MES platforms; experience with Rockwell MES is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferences

• Knowledge of Werum Client-X, Siemens Opcenter, or other MES applications.
• Understanding of MES integration with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, and shopfloor devices.
• Prior experience in the life sciences domain.
