We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant who will assist the litigation team in reviewing the medical portion of the files transferred from the pre-litigation department. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing deficiencies in medical records as well as following up with medical providers for missing medical and billing records. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using various legal and medical software to effectively obtain necessary documents as well as maintain an effective workflow. This is an in-office position which will work in a team environment and with other Legal Assistants.
