We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.

    Responsibilities:

As our Legal Operations Specialist, you will:

    • Manage the end-to-end subpoena fulfillment process, including intake, tracking, coordination, quality review, production, and case closure.
    • Review subpoena requests to identify required records, accounts, date ranges, and response deadlines.
    • Maintain accurate case documentation, tracking systems, and audit-ready records throughout the request lifecycle.
    • Monitor service level agreements, response deadlines, and workload priorities to ensure timely completion of requests.
    • Interpret legal requests and identify the systems, departments, and resources needed to obtain required records.
    • Coordinate with internal business partners and direct document retrieval efforts to support timely and accurate fulfillment.
    • Review collected documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with request requirements.
    • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential concerns and escalate matters to leadership, Legal, or Compliance as appropriate.
    • Organize and prepare final document packages, ensuring all required reviews and approvals are completed prior to release.
    • Provide status updates, maintain case ownership from intake through closure, and ensure adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.

    • Experience reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality, preferably within a regulated environment.
    • Ability to read and interpret subpoenas, court orders, and legal information requests.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across departments, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
    • Sound judgment and the ability to identify issues requiring escalation.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn case-management, document-management, and secure-file-transfer systems.
