Legal Secretary PositionPrepare, draft, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for attorneys and legal staff. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, providing prompt and professional responses. Assist in court filings, including electronic submissions, and ensure compliance with deadlines. Handle billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct basic legal research and gather necessary case-related information as needed.
