Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and contracts related to trusts and estates matters. Manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances. Conduct legal research and compile case-related information as needed. File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies accurately and on time. Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible. Assist with billing and expense tracking for assigned attorneys. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies.
