Inspired by The Refinery’s historic train system, Lou Lou’s will feel like a vibey, welcoming tavern - big booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a natural connection to the venue’s live music culture. With upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, this will be a high-energy environment where hospitality and momentum go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate clearly with team members during service
Support overall kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and pride in your work
