Line Cook (Evenings)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member to join our kitchen during evening service. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality menu items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive guest experience through excellent food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Set up and stock workstations for efficient evening service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Follow food safety, storage, and handling procedures at all times
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely ticket completion
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to the appropriate team members
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance concerns
• Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking for the next service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
• Ability to work evening hours in a busy, team-oriented setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and repetitive motions
