Dos Hermanos is Columbus's go-to spot for authentic Oaxacan food - made from scratch, served with pride, and rooted in community. We're a growing, multi-location restaurant group and we're looking for a skilled, reliable prep cook who loves the craft and wants to be part of something real.
What you'll do
- Prepare and execute menu items to spec, consistently and with care
- Handle prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety standards and temperature logs
- Work efficiently during high-volume service without compromising quality
- Communicate clearly with teammates and front-of-house during service
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of kitchen experience (line or prep) preferred - but we'll invest in the right person
- Open availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for good food and a pride in your work
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
