We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and team-driven Line Chef to bring creative brilliance to our culinary canvas. In this role, you will help execute our modern Southern menu with efficiency, precision, and an uncompromised commitment to quality.

Your Exhibition (What You'll Do)

  • Master the Line: Set up, stock, and command your kitchen station, preparing specifications flawlessly, ensuring food is plated and garnished perfectly.
  • Execute with Precision: Prep ingredients, cook complex menu items simultaneously, and maintain flawless timing and quality under peak operational high pressure.
  • Uphold the Studio Standards: Comply strictly with DHEC food handling, sanitation guidelines, and safety standards to maintain a pristine culinary environment.
  • Collaborate & Spark Delight: Work hand-in-hand with our back-of-house team, maintaining a positive attitude and executing every dish cleanly—even when no one is watching.

Your Palette (What You Bring)

  • Proven Experience: 1+ years of proven cooking experience in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment (upscale or fine-dining flair is a plus).
  • Culinary Foundations: Deep understanding of diverse cooking methods, knife skills, recipe execution, and back-of-house sanitation best practices.
  • Artistic Moxie: Speed, accuracy, and strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a calm, self-motivated demeanor under pressure.
  • Language Flow: Ability to read, speak, and understand English to follow recipes seamlessly and communicate fluidly with the team.
