You will work closely with our chefs to prepare high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to seasonality, technique, and elevated Italian fare. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain an organized, fully-stocked prep station throughout service Execute prep and cooking tasks according to standardized recipes and chef direction Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards Uphold strict sanitation and food safety practices in all work areas Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory Support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and productive kitchen Communicate effectively with team members and chefs to ensure a seamless service
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant Strong knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
