JOB TITLE: Logistics Operations Specialist
LOCATION: San Jose, CA
DURATION: 6 Months
PAY RANGE: $30/hr.

Description:
Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, following up on shipment discrepancies)
Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers
Review and process logistics vendor invoices
Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions.
Location: On-site at our San Jose office/headquarters 5 days a week
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experienced with the classification process - Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formulas, pivot tables)
