This role supports Tesla s recycling and materials operations bytransporting, staging, and preparing materials across facility locations.Tesla provides comprehensive forklift training and certification duringonboarding.
Deliver and retrieve recycling bins throughout the facility; sort, stage, and prepare shipments for offsite transport
Stock and organize orbit bin inventory to maintain efficient operations
Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts
Assist with loading and unloading materials onto vehicles, trailers, pallets, conveyor systems, balers, or load gratings
Assemble crates and containers; palletize, wrap, load, and move materials securely for transport
Maintain staging areas in an organized and efficient manner
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while maintaining exemplary attendance and punctuality
Previous experience in material handling within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment preferred
Ability to operate safety-sensitive heavy equipment including forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts
Successful completion of hands-on forklift certification during onboarding with ongoing maintenance of certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Flexibility with scheduling including availability for overtime, nights, and weekends as business needs evolve

Expected Compensation
$21.00 - $22.50/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
