    Job Description

    Brookdale Madison West is hiring a Resident Engagement Coordinator to facilitate and run the programs/activities in our Memory Care community.

    This individual will bring creativity to the residents utilizing a person-centered approach to develop meaningful programs and activities for the residents.

    In this role, this individual will collaborate with the community leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute special events, ensuring we are providing residents the best optimum life!

    Experience in senior living preferred!

    Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

    Education and Experience

    A minimum of 1 year of direct experience with adults, coordinating, planning, and executing programs is required. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or other related field preferred. Leadership experience preferred.

    Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

    Must have a valid driver's license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver's license based on the needs of the community
