Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

A warm and welcoming family in Wayne, PA is seeking a dependable, energetic, and organized Family Assistant/Nanny to help care for their two wonderful children, ages 5 and 7. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a fun, structured environment while also helping keep a busy household running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Childcare

• Provide nurturing, attentive care for two school-age children.
• Plan and engage the children in creative, active, and age-appropriate activities.
• Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities.
• Assist with homework and after-school routines.
• Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals for the children.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and predictable afternoon routine.

Family Assistant Duties

• Manage and help maintain the family calendar and children's schedules.
• Coordinate appointments, activities, and logistics.
• Complete the children's laundry and keep bedrooms, play areas, and other child-related spaces neat and organized.
• Monitor pantry and household inventory and help keep groceries and essential supplies stocked.
• Assist with packing and unpacking for family trips.
• Handle occasional errands and last-minute household tasks.
• Provide proactive support to help the household stay organized and running efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional Nanny experience.
• Outstanding Nanny references.
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Able to multitask and adapt to the changing needs of a busy family.
• Driver's license and car.
