Woodview Elementary School is seeking a part-time office administrative assistant. This position operates on a 190-day-a-year work contract with time off from mid-June through mid-August.
We are looking for a positive, compassionate, and dedicated individual to join our main office staff upon hire. The position will have tasks that include basic health room triage, administering medication, reporting student absences, tracking immunizations, assisting with visitors, attendance data entry, and any other duties as assigned by the Principal or office staff. Our team prides itself on teamwork and creating a welcoming school environment for our students and families.

Woodview Elementary School serves approximately 400 students and is part of the 9th-ranked K-12 school district in the state of Wisconsin. The Woodview Office is staffed by one full-time Administrative Assistant and two part-time administrative assistants in charge of running the day-to-day operations of the school office and working on special projects.
