We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the digitization of paper-based employee records. This role involves scanning physical files and preparing them for upload into Workday. Additionally, you will provide support to a local Vice President, primarily by booking travel through a proprietary booking platform.
Responsibilities
Scan and digitize physical employee records for upload into Workday.
Prepare documents for digital storage.
Provide administrative support to a local Vice President.
Book travel arrangements using a proprietary booking platform.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ensure reliability and punctuality in daily tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in scanning and data entry.
Experience with clerical tasks and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Workday or similar systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
Work Environment
This role requires working onsite five days a week throughout the assignment duration. The position involves supporting a local Vice President, with a focus on booking travel arrangements in a proprietary platform. The work environment is slightly more visible than a typical scanning clerk role, necessitating quick work, high attention to detail, and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
