Office Assistant Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join a growing logistics company in San Pedro, CA. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and possesses strong communication and basic computer skills.

• Salary $20.00/hr.
• San Pedro, CA
• Monday – Friday 07:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Requirements of the Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk:

• Clerical experience
• Basic computer and writing skills
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk:

• Clerical support for the import department
• Data entry, update information regarding shipments
• Prepare documentation for vendors
• Trace shipments
• Arrange deliveries
• Communicate with customers and vendors (forwarders and Trucking companies)
• Other related duties will be assigned

Employment Type: Long-term temp (1 year)    

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.
