What Your Day Looks Like
  • Creating and sending invoices; managing past-due notices (high volume)
  • Processing ACH, wires, credit cards, and check runs
  • Daily Positive Pay review and banking support
  • Ensuring prepaid orders are processed immediately
  • Providing in-office administrative coverage and backup support
  • Assisting with HR, onboarding, insurance, renewals, and office operations
  • Supporting organizational and process-driven projects as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong bookkeeping focus with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience handling high-volume invoicing (500–700/month)
  • Mid–advanced Excel skills (complex spreadsheets)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and evolving systems
  • Polished written communication and customer-service mindset
  • Highly reliable, process-driven, and accountable
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats
  • Part-time availability acceptable (consistency and reliability are key)
