Operational Readiness Project Coordinator

About the role: Location: ONSITE ONLY: Miami FL We are looking for an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are a, to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale program. You excel with collaborating across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. You will report to the onsite manager. Location: ONSITE ONLY: Miami FL 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Key Responsibilities: * Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams * Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables * Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making * Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones * Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria * Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies * Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree * Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams * Advanced proficiency in: o System implementations o PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations) o Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis) o JIRA (task and defect management) o Concise presentations o Entry/exit ORT criteria o Milestone-based deliverables Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
