What will you do?

A day in the life of an Operations Coordinator at Milked Media is a mix of client coordination, project management, and hands-on support across the whole team. You'll report to our Project Manager and work closely with our account managers, strategists, and designers to keep every account moving.

Why this role matters: As we grow, you're the reason nothing slips. You'll keep clients on schedule, keep our systems organized, and free up our strategists to focus on strategy.

Let's break that down a bit more:

Client Coordination

• Manage day-to-day coordination for a set of client accounts, including approvals, asset requests, calendar details, and meeting reminders
• Follow up on missing assets and upcoming deadlines with clear, warm, professional communication

Project & Workflow Management

• Create and manage Trello cards so every deliverable has an owner and a due date
• Organize and maintain client and internal Google Drive folders
• Support our Project Manager with operational projects and process improvements

Client Onboarding

• Assist in coordinating onboarding logistics for new clients, from setup checklists to folders, access, and kickoff scheduling

Implementation & Data

• Build and launch ads and emails in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo, following direction from our strategists
• Input and maintain data in our internal reporting dashboards

Internal Marketing

• Help create content for Milked Media's own marketing channels
• Opportunity to support new business and prospecting as the role grows

What do you need to succeed?

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years in a coordination, operations, or marketing role (agency or ecommerce a plus; internships count)
• Extremely detail-oriented. You double-check your work, catch small mistakes before they reach a client, and take pride in getting things right the first time
• Highly organized with impeccable follow-up
• Clear, professional, and friendly written communication
• Able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping anything
• Comfortable in Google Workspace, especially Sheets
• Interest in ecommerce fashion, beauty, jewelry, and/or home brands

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Trello or a similar project management tool
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or Shopify
• Comfortable using AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive work
• Previous agency experience
