Role

• Partner closely with the CEO to help operate the core infrastructure of the company across recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management.

• Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs.

• Own high-priority operational projects.

• Improve processes across the business and help the company scale effectively.

• Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast.

• Technically literate.

• Eager to learn and grow with an early-stage team.

• Nice-to-have: healthcare experience.

Compensation: $140K-$180K salary with equity.
