What You'll Do

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you'll help keep our office running efficiently by:

• Answering phones and assisting customers professionally
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating service activities
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Entering and managing data within company systems
• Assisting with invoicing, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Supporting field staff and office operations
• Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Helping ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
