Pay Range: $55.7/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing platform.
- Oversee group health billing account setup and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to group health accounts.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and databases for effective reporting and analysis.
- Resolve problems and manage projects efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and levels of leadership across the organization.
- Familiarize yourself with benefits programs and stop-loss applications.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 3+ years experience in managing accounts on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing platform.
- 3+ years experience in group health billing account setup.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office and databases.
- Excellent problem resolution and project management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
- 5+ years experience in group health national/local account setup.
- 2+ years experience with Bluestar.
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce.
- Experience in drafting group health national account contracts/booklets.
