SUMMARY:
Para educators support a variety of positions throughout the school district. Para educators may support Classroom Teachers, Reading Specialists, School Psychologists, Librarians, Behavioral Program Teachers. Para educators work directly with one or more SPED Liaisons to support a student's IEP goals. Para educators may work closely with other school staff.
$500.00 sign on Bonus for Paraeducators who are hired in the 2026-2027 school year! (see below for additional details)

10 month, 183 work days
3 personal days, 12 sick days prorated pursuant to date of hire
This is a salaried position distributed over 26 paychecks including a lump sum in June to cover summer pay
$500.00 sign on bonus - paid out following 40 calendar days of work
Referral Bonus of $500.00 eligible if recommending a new employee and they are employed in excess of three months
Benefit Eligible on start date. 30 days to enroll in coverage from start date.
