YOUR HOURSAs our Pastry Chef Assistant, you'll enjoy morning shifts that support our production and event needs, working part-time for 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons when events are at their busiest. YOUR ROLE AS OUR PART-TIME PASTRY CHEF ASSISTANTYou step into the pastry kitchen with a clear sense of purpose, working side by side with the pastry chef, moving seamlessly between prepping ingredients, executing established recipes, and fine-tuning finishes so each dessert looks as good as it tastes. As the rhythm of production picks up, you help guide teammates, answering questions, keeping work flowing, and making sure standards stay uncompromised. Along the way, you test new ideas, adjust flavors, and collaborate on creative refinements that will appear at upcoming events. You stay organized, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and take pride in leaving every station spotless, knowing your work directly shapes the guest experience and pushes your skills further each day.
