Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
- Process full-cycle payroll for approximately 600 hourly and salaried employees across multiple payroll groups.
- Review timekeeping records, approvals, and payroll discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Support garnishment processing and payroll maintenance activities.
- Partner with payroll leadership during an upcoming ADP conversion initiative.
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
- 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house payroll experience.
- Experience processing payroll for a high-volume employee population.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
- Meditech and/or Healthcare Source (HC) experience preferred but not required.
