Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
Location: Lone Tree, Colorado
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
• Day Shift – 8 Hour Shifts
• 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
• Potential to work up to 40 hours/week
• Overtime requires prior director approval
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Lone Tree, CO. This role focuses on treating active orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and Medicare patient populations in a fast-paced outpatient therapy environment.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports, and mobility conditions
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and therapy treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs as needed
• Educate patients on exercises, mobility strategies, and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards and patient safety protocols
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License required
• Candidate must already hold a CO license or provide proof of application
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Minimum recent therapy experience required
• New graduates not accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong communication and patient care skills required
