Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and adaptable, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and answering inquiries

• Support daily administrative tasks and office organization
