He/she produces cold food presentations for buffets, banquets, and à la carte service, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes following approved recipes.
The role also involves finishing desserts for various service types and assisting on pantry, hot line, or omelet stations when needed.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, food preparation experience, good English skills, and the ability to follow recipes and basic math.
