Reports to: 
Production Manager
Job Overview: 
The Production Assistant will play a pivotal part in assisting our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of production, from scheduling and procurement to inventory management and quality control. 
Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
·         Help with monitoring production timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
·         Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, and any delays or issues.
·         Assist in preparing and maintaining production documentation, such as logs, and reports.
·         Update and manage Quantum inventory logs with accurate information.
·         Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow.
·         Coordinate with Purchasing/Vendor Administration to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources required for production.
·         Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and other production-related events.
·         Assist with inventory control and ensure that necessary materials and tools are available for production.
·         Track and monitor stock levels to prevent production delays due to shortages.
·         Assist in requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
·         Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
·         Assist with preparing materials for meetings, reports, or audits.
·         Help the Production Manager with any special projects or tasks as needed.
Qualifications
·         Degree in Business Administration
·         Knowledge of Quantum Control Software and Microsoft Suite (Excel Proficiency required). 
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 
·         Strong organizational skills and attention to details. 
·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
