What You'll Do
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements
Perform general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and account analysis
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Record journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data
Analyze operating expenses and investigate variances
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Work closely with property managers and operations teams
Assist with audits and special accounting projects as needed
Maintain financial records and reports within Yardi
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of recent accounting experience within the real estate industry
Required: Yardi experience
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
