Must Have:

1. Healthcare recruiting experience - at least 1yr
2. Greenhouse ATS experience
3. Hard to fill Executive Recruiting

Years of experience: 5-8 years in related field Required: Bachelors Degree

Key Project: Nurse Practitioner, Doctors, anyone seeing patients in the office

Task Breakdown:

• Recruits
• Interviews
• Checks references
• Makes offers
• Conducts orientation for new employees
• Performs exit interviews
• Processes change of employee status

Responsibilities:

• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Reporting: Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
