- Greenhouse ATS experience
- Hard to fill Executive Recruiting
Years of experience: 5-8 years in related field
Required: Bachelors Degree
Key Project: Nurse Practitioner, Doctors, anyone seeing patients in the office
Task Breakdown:
- Recruits
- Interviews
- Checks references
- Makes offers
- Conducts orientation for new employees
- Performs exit interviews
- Processes change of employee status
Responsibilities:
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Reporting: Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
