Recruiting Professional
Position Overview: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Recruiting Professional will be a key member of the Human Resources team working closely with Business Leaders on both strategic and tactical recruiting/on-boarding initiatives aligned to CR&R’s business objectives. They will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s recruiting/on-boarding practice by planning, implementing, and evaluating, programs and practices.
